This site sells nothing and signs nothing. These are the terms for using it — the work itself runs on a separate written agreement.
These terms cover your use of rivcreate.com. By using the site you accept them. If you don’t, don’t use it.
They are not an agreement to do work. If we work together, that runs on a separate written agreement covering what gets made, when, and for how much. Nothing on this website sets any of that.
The rest of this website describes how the work normally goes. It isn’t a quote, an offer, or a commitment, and no part of it is a term you can hold us to.
Sending the form asks for a call. It costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and commits us to nothing beyond getting back to you. We can decline, and so can you.
Send your own details, accurately — we reply to the address you type. Don’t send anything through the form you don’t have the right to send, and don’t send anything confidential: it’s a contact form on a website, not a secure channel. What happens to what you type is in the privacy policy.

The text, layout, marks and creative on this site belong to RivCreate or are used with permission. Reading it is fine; republishing it or using it in your own marketing is not. Any brand or platform named here belongs to whoever owns it — naming them is description, not affiliation or endorsement.
This site says the same thing to everyone who lands on it. Nobody had seen your ads or your numbers when it was written. So it’s a view about advertising, not advice about your business. What you do with your ads is up to you. We’d rather look at them before you change anything.
To the fullest extent the law allows, RivCreate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website, including lost profits, lost business or lost data. Some places don’t allow limits like this, and where that’s true this applies as far as it legally can and no further.
Sending the form asks us to get in touch, so we will — by email, and by phone about your enquiry if you leave a number. That’s a person calling you back, not an automated dialler, and we don’t send marketing texts. Tell us to stop and we stop: one line to reda@rivcreate.com is enough.
These terms can change. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top is when it last moved. They attach when you send the form, so if they’ve moved and it matters to you, read them again first.
