What this site collects, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted.
Who’s responsible
RivCreate runs rivcreate.com and decides what happens to the information described here. Contact us about any of it at reda@rivcreate.com.
This covers rivcreate.com only. There is no account, no login and nothing to buy — one form, and that is all.
What we collect
What you type into the form
- Your business name and email address
- Your phone number and website, if you give them
Sent with it is how you arrived — the site that linked you, any campaign tags on the link, and the page you landed on. That is read when you open the page, kept in your browser tab, and only leaves it if you submit the form.
Submissions our bot filter flags are stored too, with the same fields, so a real person caught by mistake can still be found and answered.
After a call we may add our own notes about your enquiry.
What we get without you typing it
Your IP address reaches our host whenever you load a page. It is used to limit how often the form can be submitted and to run the bot check, and is not stored with your enquiry.
If — and only if — you accept analytics, we also collect pages viewed, clicks, how long sections stay on screen, your browser and device type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. It is not linked to your name or email.
Cookies and browser storage
| Name | Kind | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| rvt-consent | Browser storage | Remembers your choice about analytics. | Until you change it or clear your browser |
| rvt-attr | Tab storage | Remembers which link brought you here, so it can travel with the form. | Until you close the tab |
| ph_…_posthog and related entries | Cookie and browser storage | Our analytics provider’s visitor and session identifiers. Set only after you accept. | Up to 12 months, or until you withdraw |
Nothing that tracks you is set before you accept. The bot check may store something briefly while it works out you are a person, and our host may set a security cookie if its bot protection is switched on; neither can be turned off while still using the form.
Change your mind whenever you like: . Turning analytics off stops collection and clears what it stored.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. There is no agreed standard for how a site should answer them, and we don’t read them.
It makes no practical difference here. Nothing that tracks you starts unless you turn analytics on yourself, and you can turn it back off at any time.
No third party uses this site to collect information about you across other websites over time. There is no ad pixel and no retargeting tag.
Who else handles it
| Who | What they do | What reaches them |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Serves this site, runs the bot check | Your IP address and request details |
| Supabase | Stores enquiries | What you put in the form, and how you arrived |
| Resend | Sends the email telling us you got in touch | Your name, email, phone and website |
| PostHog | Analytics — only if you accept | Pages viewed, clicks, device, approximate location |
Each acts on our instructions and none of them get your details for their own marketing. Beyond them, nobody: we don’t sell personal information, we don’t share it for advertising, and we don’t pass it on unless the law requires it.
Seeing, changing or deleting it
There is no account to log into, so the process is an email. Write to reda@rivcreate.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
No form and no fee. To turn analytics off after turning it on, use the cookie settings link in the footer of any page.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. With no accounts and no mailing list there is nowhere to send a notice, so posting the revised version here is the notice. The version on this page is the one that applies.
